• Collect and analyze patient data pre-, during-, post-dialysis.
• Adjust treatment plan in collaboration with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and goals.
• Provide safe direct patient care and monitor responses.
• Coordinate with supervisors, physicians, and staff to ensure continuity.
• Assist in staff training and orientation as assigned.
