Emory Healthcare’s EUHM Surgical Specialties team seeks Anesthetists (CRNA/CAA) to join a full-time, rotating schedule with nights and weekends at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Georgia.

You will work under Anesthesiologists within the Anesthesia Care Team, covering diverse surgical services with strong emphasis on oncology and adaptability to multiple Emory sites for extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) Master’s Degree program.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Certified by NBCRNA or NCCAA.
• Must maintain biannual certification through CMEs.
• BLS (AHA) required. ACLS (AHA) may be required for some locations and/or services.

Responsabilités

• Assist in administration of general and regional anesthesia.
• Perform acute CPR and instruct others in anesthesia and CPR.
• Interpret and record patient status; assist in gathering pre-op data.
• Assist in research projects as directed by an Anesthesiologist.
• Establish multi-parameter monitoring and manage pre-/post-anesthetic care, including ventilator support.
