Emory University Hospital's EUH Surgical Specialties Team is hiring Anesthetists—CRNA or CAA—to join Emory Healthcare’s integrated academic system. Full-time with a rotating schedule and 3–4 day weeks, 8–12 hour shifts are possible, with call.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA or CAA Master’s program.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Georgia.
• Certified by NBCRNA or NCCAA.
• Maintain biannual CMEs.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required at some locations.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of an Anesthesiologist, administer general and regional anesthesia.
• Perform initial acute cardio-pulmonary resuscitation as directed.
• Interpret and record patient status; assist in data collection pre-op.
• Assist in research projects carried out by an Anesthesiologist.
• Establish multi-parameter monitoring before, during and after anesthesia.
• Manage pre- and post-anesthetic care including ventilator management.
