Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire professional to handle collections for inpatient Workers' Compensation claims. The role emphasizes A/R management, payor follow-up, and adherence to facility policies. Prior collections experience is required, with billing familiarity as a plus.

• Ability to perform timely accounts receivable follow-up and payer communications.

Description

This role will be primarily responsible for collections related to inpatient Workers Compensation claims. Ideally, I am seeking a candidate with prior experience in both billing and collections for Workers Compensation claims. While specific Workers Compensation experience is preferred, it is not required. However, prior collections experience is a requirement for the position. Responsible for A/R, and mail follow-up on amounts due from Payors, and third-partys on a timely basis in accordance with CBO policies for facilities assigned. Responsibility for timely collections and third-party follow-up. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is a non-exempt position. Provide support to all facilities when requests are received or assistance is needed. Be timely and responsive to all requests. Treat our facilities as Respects dignity and confidentiality by adherence to all applicable policies and procedures. Promotes the Mission and Vision of Post Acute Medical within the work environment and the community. Maintains the highest level of customer service via courtesy, compassion and positive communication.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
