As a Clinical Pharmacist in the Inpatient Pharmacy, you will ensure patients receive their prescriptions accurately and timely, and you will dispense medications in line with state and federal regulations.

This is a part-time role with variable hours between 7:00am and 3:30pm.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualifications: PharmD or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services.
• Verify medication orders and/or dispenses medications accurately according to state and federal regulations.
• Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards.
• Directs staff appropriately to provide safe and efficient care and maintain professional working relationships with all caregivers.
• Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers and/or patients.
