Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with a PharmD degree and active licensure
• Hospital pharmacy experience or PGY-1 required or preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and evaluate medication orders
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
• Deliver drug information to medical and nursing staff and respond promptly to queries
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and participate in staff training
• Maintain documentation of clinical interventions and education activities
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and performance initiatives
• Support IPPE/APPE student education and mentoring
• Perform other duties as assigned by Pharmacy leadership
