The role requires pharmacist licensure, a pharmacy degree, and strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills to operate in a busy hospital setting and participate in education and training of IPPE/APPE

Qualificações

• Pharmacist must be licensed and have a PharmD/BS degree.
• Board certification in pharmacotherapy preferred or required depending on role.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills required.

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and evaluate medication orders using Cerner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical interventions and notes.
