Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Flex Team Clinical Pharmacist II to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care across the health system. The role emphasizes flexibility in daily work location and ongoing training to assure workflow and policy alignment at all acute care sites.

Under Pharmacy Leadership, the pharmacist will engage in clinical order verification, drug information, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining education requirements and competency across locations within the Baystate

Qualifications

• PGY-1 residency or at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field is required.
• Board certification in Pharmacotherapy or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and evaluate medication orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper drug distribution.
• Offer drug information to medical staff and support workflows.
• Maintain training, competency, and continuing education records.
• Support USP 797 sterile compounding and integrated pharmacy technology.
• Communicate effectively with teams and participate in committees.
