Job Summary

The Clinical Dietitian oversees nutrition care for all clients in assigned settings, managing oral, enteral, and parenteral nutrition support. Responsibilities include screening, assessment, education, monitoring, and collaboration with healthcare teams to promote health and minimize risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Registered Dietitian (RD) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Current South Carolina dietetics license (registry eligible candidates considered with conditions)

Essential Functions

• Provide developmentally appropriate care for diverse patient populations
• Develop and evaluate nutrition protocols and policies
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team to develop care plans
• Monitor and evaluate nutrition care processes and patient outcomes
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Perform nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring according to policy
• Engage in lifelong learning and professional development
• Adhere to ADA Code of Ethics
