Overview:

Sentara Careplex Hospital & Sentara Louise Obici Hospital are hiring an Inpatient Case Management Supervisor, RN!

Position: Inpatient Case Management Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN)

Locations: Sentara Careplex Hospital & Sentara Louise Obici Hospital

Shift: Full Time & Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week

The ICM Supervisor will travel between both facilities to support teams, primarily assisting ICM Managers and providing additional support.

Responsibilities include: overseeing daily operations, coordinating work, ensuring quality and service, leading team members, assessing competency needs, providing educational services, participating in work activities, and providing case management services as needed.

Practice setting: Hospitals only

Certifications required within one year of eligibility: ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CMGT-BC.

Other requirements: BLS within 90 days of hire.

Education: RN Bachelor's Degree (N-4YR)

Licensure: Virginia RN License or Multi-State Compact License, BLS certification from AHA

Experience: Minimum 3 years of case management experience, supervisory experience preferred
