Overview:

Sentara Careplex Hospital & Sentara Louise Obici Hospital are hiring an Inpatient Case Management Supervisor, RN!

Position:

Inpatient Case Management Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN)

Facilities: Sentara Careplex Hospital & Sentara Louise Obici Hospital

Schedule: Full Time & Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:

The ICM Supervisor will support teams at both facilities, overseeing daily operations, coordinating work, ensuring quality and service, and providing leadership and educational support to staff. The role involves traveling between hospitals and participating in case management activities, with a focus on hospital-based practice settings.

Qualifications:

• Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CMGT-BC)
• BLS required within 90 days of hire

Education:

• N-4YR - RN Bachelor's Degree

Licensure and Certification:

• RN License - Compact/Multi-State or Virginia Single State
• BLS Certification - American Heart Association

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of case management experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
