Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based apps.
• Home Health Aide background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with an inpatient nursing team to provide quality patient care.
• Works with a registered nurse to develop the patient's care plan and maintain competencies.
• Maintains patient safety for at-risk individuals using safety interventions and protective devices under supervision.
• Reports patient activity to the registered nurse in a timely manner.
