Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Read/write and perform basic 4 function math.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Medical terminology (preferred).
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CNA Certification preferred but not required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, height/weight, and oxygen saturation.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Record intake and output and report unusual observations to the nurse.
• Assist with room service, meal setup, and feeding.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under supervision of the RN.
