Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides, obtains or performs and documents direct patient care and activities such as ADLs, vital signs, ambulation, specimen collection, I&O, and transfers.
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Accurately documents vital signs, I&O, weights, and treatments; reports changes to nursing staff.
• Participates in unit activities such as supply stocking and equipment cleaning.
