Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader role to facilitate patient care with the health care team. You will coordinate communication and apply the nursing process to deliver individualized care across shifts.

Responsibilities include leading inter-team collaboration, mentoring staff, and participating in committees while ensuring safety, quality, and patient-centered outcomes. State RN licensure is required with BLS within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Fargo and surrounding networks.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accepted).
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure may apply (NLC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the health care team.
• Lead communication to provide clarity and coordinate across divisions.
• Apply nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Mentor staff and participate in house committees and peer review.
