Job summary

Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role. The position involves coordinating patient care with the health care team, leading communication to ensure clarity, and applying the nursing process to deliver individualized care across the care continuum.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and other professionals, mentor staff, and participate in committees while adhering to standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred; licensed in state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification within 60 days.
