Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; required in Bismarck and Sanford USD Medical Center network.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN or NLN CNEA).
Minimum two years' clinical experience preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multistate license acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

Utilizes nursing process to provide individualized patient care and coordination.
Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Lead and mentor staff; coordinate unit activities and ensure safety and quality.
