Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role to facilitate patient care in cooperation with the health care team. You will ensure clear communication, coordinate across divisions, and provide feedback to the health care team.

Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning, and collaboration with physicians; leadership in high‑risk situations and staff mentoring, all within Sanford Health's standards of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Fargo, Fargo Network, Bemidji, Sioux Falls Network and Rapid City. Required in Bismarck and Sioux Falls.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Minimum of two years' clinical experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; multistate licensure allowed if in NLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Lead in high-risk situations and mentor staff; coordinate unit activities and participate in committees.
