Qualifications

• Two (2) years related clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician-Basic; nursing students exempt of certification requirement provided satisfactory completion of first clinical/foundations course.
• EKG, and/or Phlebotomy competency validation required, as applicable to specialty area within 6 months of hire.
• Aggression Management certification within 90 days of hire.
• Other certificates as required by unit/service/clinic.
