Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from an AHA-approved program is required.
• Aggression Management certification due within 90 days of hire.
• EKG and/or Phlebotomy competency validation required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care activities under supervision of a registered nurse on inpatient units.
• Collaborate with charge nurse and staff nurses to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Demonstrate adherence to patient safety measures and effective communication.
