Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in a medical environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and coordinate daily unit workflow.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing inpatient setting.
• Communicate with staff, families, and other departments; manage calls and e-fax.
• Gather intake information and patient records; review referrals for completeness.
• Assist with data collection and reporting compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient care information and collaborate with interdepartmental personnel.
