You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways as a patient care professional at ERC Pathlight. The BHT works under the supervision of the Nursing department and is responsible for the direct care of inpatient and residential patients by providing patient supervision and support. This includes hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to patients in one of our centers around the nation.

Compensation starting range for the Behavioral Health Technician I role is $21.47- $23.66/hr
Compensation starting range for the Behavioral Health Technician II role is $23.66- $26.50/hr
Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience and education.
