Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (where applicable).
• 6 months of direct patient care experience preferred (BHT I).
• 1 year of direct patient care experience required (BHT II).
• Minimum of 1 year of ERC milieu experience required (internal teammates only).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and maintaining daily program structure as directed.
• Provide meal support, bathroom monitoring and assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Document patient observations, meals and check-ins during shift.
• Assist with morning routine and transport patients for medical appointments if needed.
