Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.

• Provide direct support and supervision to patients in inpatient behavioral health.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Observe patient behaviors and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Assist with daily activities and treatment programming.
• Participate in therapeutic activities and milieu management.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and the treatment team.
• Follow safety, documentation and patient-care procedures.
