Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year mental health unit/direct patient care experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• WELLE certification within 90 days of employment; annual recertification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, support, supervision and safety for patients on an Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team under RN supervision to ensure quality patient care.
