Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide individual and group therapy in an inpatient setting. The role requires NC licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or related), a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, and a minimum of two years in behavioral health therapy.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess and adjust treatment plans, and ensure age-appropriate care while meeting productivity standards. Monday–Friday, evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree(s) required as listed above.
• Licensed credentials as specified in NC.
• Two years of therapy experience in behavioral health expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapeutic services in behavioral health inpatient care.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and family as needed.
• Maintain productivity standards as per management.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate patient care knowledge.
