Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate patient care according to identified needs.
• Manage clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
• Write treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation; prepare discharge plans and follow termination processes.
• Collaborate with guardians and community agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
• Document patient care and responses accurately in the medical record; ensure timely billing information.
• Design, plan, and implement patient education.
