Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking an experienced mental health professional to provide individual and group therapy in an inpatient setting. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to review assessments, plan care, and support discharge planning and family communications.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and applicable licensure in North Carolina, with potential for additional substance abuse credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with licensure.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker upon hire may be required.
• Substance Abuse licenses may be required upon hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to function in a complex mental health delivery system.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in inpatient level of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to review assessments and update treatment plans.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and contribute to discharge planning and family communications.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to social services quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain productivity standards and contribute to service delivery improvements.
