Job summary

Centerstone in Florida is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of Inpatient to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of inpatient detox, psychiatric and crisis stabilization, rehab, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. The supervisor ensures clinical standards, program improvements, and chart compliance.

You will supervise therapists, provide individual, group, and family counseling, and manage administrative duties with the Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Two years of clinical experience with addictions or co-occurring populations required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Florida licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, MFT, or Mental Health Counselor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists and interns.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling/psychotherapy.
• Manage administrative tasks including insurance pre-certs and step downs, performance appraisals and staff development compliance.
• Support the Baker Act/Marchman Act Coordinator.
• Monitor budget and develop action plans with the Director.
• Maintain quality assurance via chart audits and client satisfaction reporting.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Director.
• Organize treatment team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Review and improve inpatient processes and procedures.
