Centerstone is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Bradenton, FL area to oversee clinical operations and teams serving adults, children, and families with mental health or substance use disorders. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining chart quality, and providing direct services when needed.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and prior supervisory experience, with Florida driver’s license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions preferred.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and a safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision, consultation, and coaching to clinical team members.
• Carry a caseload and deliver direct clinical services.
• Manage day-to-day operations including documentation, admissions, and chart audits.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, and admissions across programs.
• Ensure continuity of care with families, partners, and staff.
• Maintain productivity and participate in ongoing training and development.
