Job summary

Centerstone in Florida is seeking an experienced RN Inpatient Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for nursing services within a behavioral health hospital and addiction treatment center.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and support staff; ensure safe staffing, accurate assessments, medication administration, and trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care; collaborate with physicians and treatment teams; respond to emergencies and support continuous quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of four years of professional nursing experience in inpatient behavioral health or related areas.
• At least two years of supervisory or nurse leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for inpatient nursing operations.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and other staff to ensure safe staffing and care.
• Ensure timely nursing assessments, care planning, and medication administration.
• Coordinate with physicians and treatment teams to support integrated care.
• Respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies and escalation needs.
• Promote a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment.
• Monitor medication practices and documentation for compliance.
• Develop staff schedules and coverage plans to align with acuity and budget.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance development activities.
• Facilitate education, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
