Formación

• Two (2) years’ experience in quantity cooking preferred; a basic knowledge of modified diets; sanitation training.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close the kitchen and maintain organization per schedule.
• Prepare meals to menu cycle and daily production sheet.
• Document temperatures and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with dishwashing and dish room cleanliness.
