Quail Run Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff, following approved menus and production sheets.

The role requires experience in quantity cooking, basic knowledge of modified diets, and sanitation training. You will open/close the kitchen, document temperatures, and help with dishwashing while maintaining a clean work area and dining room.

Formación

• Two years' experience in quantity cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of modified diets.
• Training in food service sanitation.
• Experience with industrial kitchen equipment optional or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close the kitchen and ensure organization of daily events.
• Prepare meals and beverages according to menu cycle and production sheets.
• Document refrigeration and dish machine temperatures and report equipment issues.
• Assist with washing dishes and maintain dish room cleanliness.
