Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience required in mental health or case management.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Support Services.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in patient care.
• Provide documentation as required by regulatory agencies.
• Work closely with managed care insurance companies for authorizations.
• Communicate clinical information to Behavioral Health Nurses.
