Job summary

Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Senior Inpatient Clinical Workflows PM to own clinician-facing features for inpatient documentation and chart intelligence. You will lead two pillars: Inpatient Scribe and Chart Summarization, collaborating with Engineering, Clinical AI/ML, and GTM teams.

This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days/week in the SF office. You will drive the roadmap, define summarization experiences, and establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management with vertical ownership
• Ability to build deep domain expertise in a complex healthcare tech domain
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, APIs, and system design
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise buying committees
• Based in SF and able to work in the office 3x/week

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap for hospitalists and specialists.
• Deliver a documentation experience for inpatient care, including rounds, handoffs, and discharge summaries.
• Drive measurable clinician ROI and quality metrics.
• Own inpatient quality metrics and reduce pain points and escalations.
• Partner with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML to adapt models to inpatient workflows and notes.
• Own the Product vision for Patient Summary and Chart Chat in inpatient setting.
• Define the summarization experience surfaces relevant clinical context and timelines.
• Own Chart Chat as a conversational interface to the medical record.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for summarization accuracy and safety in inpatient context.
