Job summary

Ambience is building an AI-powered inpatient documentation platform that helps hospitalists and specialists document, synthesize, and act on clinical information across the care episode. The Senior PM IC owns two product pillars: Inpatient Scribe and Chart Summarization, guiding roadmap, and delivery with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, Clinical AI/ML, and GTM.

Hybrid work with SF headquarters and a requirement to be in the SF office 3x/week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership of a vertical product line.
• Rapidly build deep domain expertise in a complex domain.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, APIs, and complex system design.
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments.
• Based in SF and able to be in the office 3x/week.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap for hospitalists and specialists.
• Deliver a documentation experience handling inpatient care complexity.
• Drive measurable clinician outcomes like time-to-chart and documentation completeness.
• Own inpatient quality metrics and reduce support escalations.
• Partner with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML to adapt models to inpatient language.
• Own product vision for Patient Summary and Chart Chat in inpatient settings.
