Responsabilités

• Identify student needs and develop IEPs meeting state/federal guidelines.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans for individualized and group instruction.
• Maintain and communicate progress and records for IEPs and related plans.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators to support student goals.
• Promote a positive, safe learning environment and implement behavior supports.
