This remote role focuses on diagnosing wear and friction challenges, translating needs into innovative solutions, and supporting product development. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, collaboration skills, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential. This position will require travel, primarily within the Gulf Coast region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lubrication, tribology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and lubricating materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to diagnose challenges and develop solutions.
• Translate customer needs into test plans and product recommendations.
• Deliver technical training to customers and channel partners.
• Support the development of new products to meet market needs.
• Travel up to ~50% within the Americas for customer engagement.
