Job summary

DHL eCommerce Operations seeks a creative Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging learning journeys for a fast-paced environment. You will design end-to-end experiences, blending instructional strategy with visual design to drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires expertise in modern tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and multimedia production (Camtasia, Vyond, Premiere). Collaboration across teams is essential in a dynamic DHL ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design or related field.
Experience designing eLearning and blended learning programs using modern instructional design models.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and translating complex information into accessible formats.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Manage multiple projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality learning solutions.
Design end-to-end learning experiences integrating instructional strategy, visual design, and learner-centered methodologies.
Develop learning assets including eLearning modules, ILT modules, facilitator guides, job aids, multimedia components, and interactive tools.
Build content using authoring tools and produce multimedia experiences per project requirements.
Integrate content into LXPs and leverage AI-powered tools for ideation and optimization.
