Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join our engineering team and drive hardware or software development projects from concept to production. You will collaborate across Product Line Management, Engineering, Services and Manufacturing to translate requirements into actionable plans and manage the program schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or similar field.
• 3+ years of program management experience involving hardware and software.
• Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive engineering and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
• Lead New Product Introduction lifecycle phases from requirements to production.
• Lead program and technical meetings and gate reviews.
• Identify and manage program risks.
• Prioritize team efforts to meet schedule.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Explain technical challenges to non-technical audiences.
