Job summary

Fuller is seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer to support our Northampton, PA manufacturing facility. The role focuses on developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs and supporting machining operations on the factory floor.

You will use Fusion 360 and other CAD/CAM tools to develop programs, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes while creating models, drawings, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC programming experience in a manufacturing/machining environment.
• Ability to create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs using Fusion 360 and CAD/CAM software.
• Develop CNC programs for mills, lathes, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with machinists and production to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
