Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Northampton, PA is seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer to develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and related equipment on the shop floor. You will use Fusion 360 and other CAD/CAM tools to create models, drawings, and tooling solutions, collaborate with machinists and engineers, and drive improvements in cycle time, quality, and productivity.

Occasional design and documentation support, MBOM updates, and adherence to safety and quality standards are

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC programming in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency with Fusion 360; experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs using Fusion 360 and CAD/CAM software.
• Develop CNC programs for mills, lathes, and other equipment on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot programming, tooling, and setup issues.
• Develop machining processes, tooling strategies, and fixturing solutions.
• Support MBOM creation, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
