Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to write and optimize programs for CNC mills, collaborate with engineers, and continually improve programming processes. The role requires robust machining experience, strong CAD/CAM knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints and models for efficient production.

The position involves hands-on operation and troubleshooting, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and tooling selection in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years of machining experience using CNC mills and 2-3 years programming experience using CAM software.
• Working knowledge of CAD systems and solid understanding of machine processes and cutting tools.
• Proficiency with CAM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Write production CNC programs meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to develop efficient CNC programs.
• Continuously improve the programming process to create a world-class organization.
• Work with engineers to implement improvements.
• Analyze blueprints and models to determine efficient production methods.
• Maintain positive interactions with all employees and suppliers/customers.
• Provide technical expertise in team activities.
• Develop setup documentation and select appropriate tools.
• Operate machines as required and troubleshoot manufacturing problems.
