Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Northampton, PA is seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer to develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and related equipment on the shop floor. You will use Fusion 360 and other CAD/CAM tools to create models, drawings, and tooling solutions, collaborate with machinists and engineers, and drive improvements in cycle time, quality, and productivity.

The CNC Programmer works closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure components are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.## About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on **CNC Programmer** to support our manufacturing facility in Northampton, PA.
