Qualifications

• Proficient with 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred).
• Proficient with 2D software such as AutoCAD, Draftsight.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in settings.
• Ability to work independently and organized with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Use engineering principles that meet design standards.
• Prepare designs and detail drawings from sales orders.
• Investigate, assess, and implement change requests.
• Assist production with design issues.
• Assist sales and warranty department with inquiries.
