Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a CAD-Mechanical Drafter in Blue Earth, MN to design and document vehicle equipment using SolidWorks. This full-time role offers hands-on drafting and collaboration with engineers on manufacturing projects.

You will create 2D and 3D drawings, update models, and revise drawings based on feedback while maintaining technical documents and specifications. Pay ranges $20–$31/hr DOE, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with SolidWorks CAD and Simulation; CAD certification is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing, hydraulics, and assembly processes.
• Experience creating mechanical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication, welding, materials, and structural design.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers and project managers to complete drafting projects accurately and on schedule.
• Create and update 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and models using SolidWorks.
• Make design changes and revise drawings based on feedback.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 to organize, track, and communicate project information.

CAD-Mechanical Drafter | $20.00 - $31.00/hr - DOE Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm Blue Earth, MN

Work for an established manufacturing company in Blue Earth, MN, that has been building quality truck equipment since 1963. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, teamwork, and helping design and develop high-quality products using industry-standard software.
