Job summary

Planeta Brazil is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will take drink orders, make traditional and creative cocktails, and ensure the bar is clean and inviting. You will also recommend drinks, manage transactions, and maintain inventory to support smooth service.

The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, and passionate about mixology, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior bartending or food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred.
• Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items desired.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages required.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills essential.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders and prepare beverages.
• Confirm patrons meet legal drinking age and follow all laws.
• Collect payment and operate cash register.
• Order, maintain, and restock bar supplies and ingredients.
• Open/close the bar and keep the area clean and inviting.
