Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Automotive Product Engineer – Cooling Systems & Thermal Management in Auburn Hills, MI. The role focuses on design, development, validation, and release of vehicle cooling components to meet performance and reliability goals.

You will collaborate with Thermal Systems, Validation, Design Engineering, and Supplier Development teams to drive robust, manufacturable solutions and supplier readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related technical field.
• Experience via internships, co-ops, or project work in engineering contexts.
• Knowledge of mechanical, thermal, fluid, HVAC systems or automotive components.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and release cooling system components (radiators, condensers, cooling modules, electric fans, pumps, valves, heaters, hoses).
• Lead packaging and development to achieve thermal performance and quality goals.
• Coordinate design, CAE analysis, prototypes, testing, and documentation.
