Job summary

The Juilliard School's Center for Creative Technology seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee the administration and coordination of educational and artistic programming produced by the Center. This role ensures smooth collaboration among students, faculty, administrators, guest artists, and designers to support innovative, technology-driven works.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in arts administration, stage management, or production coordination.
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules and budgets for multi-department projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful execution of the Center's programs, performances, and events from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate schedules and priorities to align cross-department and external partner work.
  • Act as a communication bridge among students, faculty, administrators, and guest artists.
  • Maintain the Center's budget with regular cost tracking and vendor/payable coordination.
  • Manage an integrated schedule for rehearsals, meetings, and milestones.
  • Recruit and cast student performers for departmental productions and Future Stages Festival, with legal contracting as needed.
