The role focuses on managing the Feature and Enhancement lifecycle, coordinating between business teams and IT, and driving the ongoing technology transformation across the SIC program and global centers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of program management or technical coordination in a global organization.
• Experience working with IT teams on feature/enhancement requests and delivery processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to translate between business and IT.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with IT for the SIC program and manage feature/enhancement requests.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, scoping, and routing of requests to appropriate IT teams.
• Translate business needs from SIC regional teams into clear requirements for IT.
• Monitor progress of in-flight enhancements and flag risks to stakeholders.
• Support design and implementation of global SIC processes with internal teams for alignment.
• Maintain documentation of the Feature and Enhancement pipeline, including release notes.
• Contribute to consistent practices across global SIC Centers for feature intake and evaluation.
• Create enablement materials to help regional teams understand new features and changes.
• Provide clear, structured status updates to IT and business stakeholders.
